Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (“Tiffin”), 1 sued Edgetech I.G., Inc., n/k/a Quanex I.G. Systems, Inc. (“Edgetech”); Quanex Building Products Corporation (“Quanex Building Products”); Thompson I.G., LLC, and RDM Consulting, LLC (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Thompson”); 2 and Wynne Enterprises, Inc., in the Franklin Circuit Court.
