Jacildo v. McFadden

The District Court for the Thirteenth Judicial District, Yellowstone County, denied the motion of defendant John McFadden that Rule 11, M.R.Civ.R, sanctions be imposed against plaintiff Vladimir Jacildo and his attorney. McFadden appeals. We affirm.

The issue is whether the District Court erred in refusing to impose Rule 11 sanctions.
