This is an appeal from an order entered in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, dismissing Von-Eiselein’s petition for habeas corpus after a hearing. The petitioner was convicted in the State District Court of Twin Falls County, Idaho on the charge of first degree burglary. He was sentenced to serve a term of 15 years, to run concurrently with another sentence. Von-Eiselein is now serving those sentences in the United States Penitentiary at Leavenworth, Kansas, under an agreement entered into between the U. S. Director of the Bureau of Prisons and the Idaho State Board…
