Boyd Woolridge, the plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was tried before a jury and convicted in the district court of Muskogee county, for the crime of rape in the first degree, and sentenced to serve fifteen years in the state penitentiary.
Eor reversal two propositions are urged:(1) That the evidence is not sufficient to sustain the verdict of the jury and the judgment and sentence of the court.(2) That the plaintiff in error did not have a fair and impartial trial such as is guaranteed to him by the constitution and laws of the State Of Oklahoma.
