Attorney James Edward Jacobs appeals as of right, challenging a Clinton Circuit Court order reducing Jacobs’ requested fee for his services in a criminal appeal. The Michigan Appellate Assigned Counsel System (maacs) has filed an amicus curiae brief aligned with appellant’s brief in this matter. We affirm.
