Memorandum: Plaintiff commenced this action against, inter alia, Rite-Aid of NY, Inc. (Rite-Aid), to recover damages for personal injuries he sustained when he slipped and fell on a patch of ice near a handicapped access ramp adjacent to the entrance of a Rite-Aid drugstore.
