On April 13, 1989, the plaintiff filed this breach of contract action in state circuit court seeking $23,727.71 in damages. The plaintiff served the summons and complaint on the defendant on May 10, 1989. Relying on the existence of diversity of citizenship, the defendant removed the instant action to this court on June 16, 1989. The defendant has moved to dismiss the action for lack of personal jurisdiction, or, in the alternative, to change venue to the federal district court for Massachusetts.
