This case, was tried at the Sussex Circuit of May, A. B. 1838, and verdict had for the plaintiff. Sundry reasons are now relied upon to set the same aside, and I will consider them in their order. .
The defendants are the indorsers of a promissory note made by Conrad Teese, October 24, 1836, for five hundred and five dollars and sixty-one cents, payable six months after date to the order of Wm.
