INTRODUCTION

The matter before this court is a Motion for Valuation of Secured Claim and Avoidance of. Lien filed by Buena Vista Ocean*345side, LLC (hereafter “Debtor”). On April 9th and 10th of 2012, a trial was held to hear evidence regarding the value of the Buena Vista Hotel and the Courtyard Villa Hotel (hereafter “Properties”).
