McKAY, Justice.

This is a venue case in which Reliable, Inc. (Reliable) appeals from an order of the trial court sustaining the plea of privilege of Aireo Plumbing & Sheet Metal, Inc. (Air-eo) to be sued in Clay County, its principal place of business. Reliable brought suit on a sworn account in Smith County; Aireo filed its plea of privilege, and Reliable filed a controverting affidavit alleging exclusive venue in Smith County under Subdivision 5, Art. 1995, V.A.C.S.
