In an action to recover damages for legal malpractice, the third-party defendant Minchew & Santner, LLR appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Minardo, J.), dated January 15, 2013, which denied its motion pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (1) and (7) to dismiss the third-party complaint insofar as asserted against it.
Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provisions thereof denying those branches of the motion of the third-party defendant Minchew & Santner, LLR which were to dismiss the contractual and common-law indemnification causes of action insofar…
