Hutchison, J.:

This is ah action to set aside a deed on the ground of undue influence and want of consideration. The answer, in addition to making a general and specific denial, alleges estoppel and ratification. The trial court made extended findings of fact and conclusions of law and rendered judgment for plaintiff canceling the deed, from which judgment the defendant appeals, assigning many errors, one of which is the failure of the evidence to support the findings.
