OPINION AND ORDER

This case is before the court on the objection filed by Palmas del Mar Country Club, Inc. (the “Debtor”) to the priority status of Proofs of Claim filed by Mr. Jose Sanchez, Mr. Luis Marin, Mr. Miguel Na-zario Franco, Mr. Blair C. Fensterstock and Ms. Janitzia Schurch (collectively the “Claimants”), (the “Objection”)(Docket No. 89). The Claimants allege that the membership deposits they paid the Debtor have priority status pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 507(a)(7). The Debtor alleges that they are general unsecured claims.
