The Alpha Portland Cement Company, the Nazareth Cement Company, the Penn-Alien Cement Company, and the Coplay Cement Manufacturing Company filed complaints with the Public Service Commission against an increase in rates proposed to be charged them by the Lehigh Navigation and Electric Company for electric power service under its schedule P 2, alleging that the new rates were excessive, unreasonable and discriminatory.
