FISHER, Circuit Judge.

In this Title VII retaliation action, Dr. Millicent Carvalho-Grevious appeals from an order of summary judgment granted in favor of her former employer, Delaware State University, and two of its employees, John Austin, then-interim Dean of the College of Education, Health and Public Policy, and Alton Thompson, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.
