April 12, 1929, Pauline Carabelli filed her bill for partition against Louis Carabelli, Pia Carabelli, his wife, Anton Presern and others, alleging that she was the owner of an undivided three acres of certain lands in Cook county, Illinois, and that Louis Carabelli and Pia Carabelli were the owners of the balance of said tract of land, and praying for partition thereof. • Louis Carabelli and Pia Carabelli filed their answers, admitting ■ the allegations of the bill.
