ROBERT L. CARTER, District Judge.
Defendants have moved, pursuant to Rules 23(d) and 65, F.R.Civ.P., for a preliminary injunction to prevent Wilton N. Chamberlain from prosecuting an action in the United States District Court for the Central District of California entitled Wilton N. Chamberlain v.- National Basketball Association, et al. (75 Civ. 4258) (the Chamberlain action) commenced December 22, 1975.
