RICHARDS, Circuit Judge.

This was an action in ejectment to recover from George Green and numerous other defendants certain lands embraced within the exterior boundaries of a patent issued by the state of Kentucky, September 25, 1845, on a survey dated March 3, 1845, to Ledford, Skidmore & Smith, which called for 86,000 acres. This land was situated in the southeastern part of Kentucky. Its boundaries were defined by this court in the case of Bramblett v. Davis, 141 Fed. 776, 72 C. C. A. 204. They include a parallelogram about 25 or 26 miles long and 5 or 6 miles wide. The present suit was…
