This cause comes before the Court on appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida, Tallahassee Division (Bankruptcy Case No. 01-20930-PCY5). Appellant/Debtor William B. McRae (hereinafter “Debtor”) challenges the Bankruptcy Judge’s order sustaining the objection of Trustee John E.
