This is an appeal from an order of the County Division of the Circuit Court of Henry County dismissing a petition for probate of the will of Charles P. Riner, deceased.

The proponents of this will, appellants herein, are nieces and nephews of the predeceased wife of the decedent, Carl P. Riner, an octogenarian who died suddenly on December 2, 1962, at Calva, Illinois. On January 9, 1963, Lenora Cummings, appellee, the sole heir-at-law of decedent, was, on her petition, appointed administrator of decedent’s estate by order of the County Court of Henry County.
