This is a suit under the orkmen’s Compensation Act (Act 20 of .914 and amendments).
On September 28, 1922, Arthur Gospel vas working for the defendant company bnd while assisting in the installation of a pasket in a gas regulator; he struck a aatch to light a cigarette, causing the gas lo explode, as a result of which explosion ae was so badly burned that he died on October 12th following.
Surviving him were his wife, Augusta, lospel, and two children, Willie, aged 5 rears and Arthur, less than 4 years old.
