This is an action to quiet title to a tract of land in Cascade county. By a patent in due form from the United States of America, under date of January 30, 1915, plaintiff was granted the northeast quarter of section 20, township 20 north, range 6 east M. P. M., “according to the official plat of the survey of the said land returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor General. ” It is admitted by all parties concerned that plaintiff is the owner of the northeast quarter of the section.
