This putative class action lawsuit arises out of a complaint filed by Cecile L. Zaycer (“Plaintiff’ or “Zaycer”) on behalf of herself and other persons similarly situated who purchased a Weis brand single-serve coffee product in Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and/or West Virginia.
