Morris Friedman, Pete Carolla and Sam Strada are charged by information in the Circuit Court of Clay County with robbery in the first degree. A change of venue was awarded to Ray County, a severance granted, and on a trial to a jury the defendant was found guilty and sentenced to ten years.’ imprisonment in the penitentiary.
