ODOM, Justice.

The Douglas Public Service Corporation brought suit against Harry Leon for $7,-800, alleging that the defendant owned certain specifically described real estate and personal property in the City of New Orleans. It alleged that the defendant was about to dispose of all the property described “with intent to defraud his creditors and particularly your petitioner; that he has converted or is about to convert his property into moneys or evidences of debt with intent to place it beyond reach of his creditors”.
