DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} Appellant, William Leroy Pinkelton, Jr., appeals from his conviction and sentence in the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas for burglary, in violation of R.C. 2911.12(A)(2) and (C), a felony of the second degree; receiving stolen property, in violation of R.C. 2913.51, a felony of the fourth degree; and failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, in violation of R.C. 2921.331(B) and (C)(5)(a)(ii), a felony of the third degree. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
