This is a suit for divorce. The petition states in substance:
1st. That plaintiff and defendant were married Januuary 1st, 1878.
2d. That they lived together as husband- and wife until December 23d, 1881.
3d. That plaintiff faithfully demeaned himself, etc.
4th. That defendant, wholly disregarding her duties as the wife of plaintiff, has offered to plaintiff such indignities, and so disgraced him, as to render his condition intolerable in this, to wit: that on or about the 23d day of December, 1881, defendant left his place of abode, which was a comfortable home in Cameron,…
