The above-named defendants were indicted on January 24,1963 by the Grand Jury of Kings County, charged with the crime of murder in the first degree. It was alleged that on the night of December 20, 1962, in the East New York area of Brooklyn, tbe deceased was attacked, robbed and stabbed; that as a result of the wounds inflicted upon him lie died within an hour (hereafter.
