William and Stacey Peek challenge the final judgment entered against them in favor of American Integrity Insurance Company in the Peeks’ breach of contract action against American Integrity. The action stemmed from American Integrity’s denial of the Peeks’ claim for loss and damage to their home after Chinese drywall was used in its construction. The trial court’s final judgment is based on its order granting American Integrity’s motion for directed verdict.
