Appellant instituted this proceeding to contest the nomination of appellee as the Democratic candidate for county judge of Pope County. His complaint contained various allegations of fraud and illegal voting, of which appellee was the beneficiary and by means of which his nomination- was effected. The complaint was verified by ten persons, and the verification reads as follows: “Come John Chambers, Emmitt Austin, W. F.
