*171 *13 The primary issue in this case is whether the mortgagee, Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae), exercised good faith and reasonable diligence to protect the interests of the mortgagors, Kenneth Ivester and Susan Ivester (Ivesters), by obtaining the highest possible price at an auction sale.
