On these consolidated appeals by the ex-wife from two adverse post-trial orders in the parties’ dissolution case, we affirm one and reverse the other.

The first dispute concerns the distribution of $30,000 recovered from the forfeited deposit of a potential purchaser who defaulted on an agreement to buy the parties’ marital home subsequent to the dissolution.
