Isidore Levine, J.

Following a hearing on October 5, 1977, the respondent was ordered, under article 4 of the Family Court Act, to continue paying the sum of $35 per week for the support of his two children. The court found that the respondent, who is retired, is incapable of supplementing his income, which consists of a $306 per month pension from the Brewery Workers Pension Fund (Pension Fund).
