It appears that Mrs. Effie F. Pritchett, a married woman, owned, as her separate property, described real estate, and that on March 8, 1928, she signed a deed conveying the property for a consideration of “ten dollars and other good and valuable considerations,” to Brevard Naval Stores, Inc., a corporation. The deed of conveyance was also signed by H. E. Pritchett, the husband, the witnesses thereto. being “Mrs. J. M. Edwards” and “Golie Moore.” The certificate of acknowledgment of the execution of the deed of conveyance is as follows:
