Filed in the state court under the Workmen’s Compensation Law, this case was removed here by defendant on the ground of diverse citizenship. Plaintiff testified that while working as a charwoman or janitress in the Eleanor McMain High School in the City of New Orleans, employed by the Orleans Parish School Board, she fell from a chair on which she was standing to perform her duties and bruised her lower abdomen severely; that her right breast or bust struck either the floor or some other object and caused it to turn a pinkish color; that no one else was present…
