Alex Spizz, the chapter 7 trustee (the “Trustee”) for Ampal-American Israel Corp. (“Ampal”), filed this adversary proceeding to avoid and recover a single pre-petition transfer made by Ampal in Israel to the Israeli law firm Goldfarb Seligman & Co. (“Goldfarb”) as a preference pursuant to sections 547 and 550 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Court conducted a trial on April 13, 2016.
