Appellant Alex Rene Gonzales was arrested for driving while intoxicated and his blood was drawn and tested pursuant to a search warrant; In the affidavit supporting the search warrant, the arresting officer-repeated statements of a witness identified only as “Wl.” On appeal, Gonzales makes two complaints about the arresting officer’s affidavit in support of the search warrant.
