Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Saratoga County (Hall, *678J.), entered October 26, 2000, which, inter alia, dismissed respondent’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, for modification of a prior child support order.
Petitioner is the biological father and respondent is the biological mother of two children, born in October 1992 and July 1994.
