Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of St. Lawrence County (Rogers, J.), rendered September 24, 2004, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree.
In December 2003, defendant was indicted on two counts of sodomy in the first degree, sodomy in the second degree and course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree, all involving a young male victim.
