Tbis is an appeal by tbe defendants from a judgment in favor of tbe "plaintiff. Assignments of error are predicated upon certain findings of fact, conclusions of law and tbe judgment entered. Tbe controversy arises over tbe interpretation of sections of tbe Public Employees Retirement Act, R. C. M. 1947, see. 68-101 et seq.
