This action to quiet title involves the determination of the present ownership of a typical one-room country schoolhouse, known as the Friendship School, and the appurtenant half-acre of land' on which it stands, located on the northwesterly side of Cold Spring Creamery Road, Buckingham Township. Plaintiff, the School District of Buckingham Township, has brought the within proceedings to establish its fee simple title thereto.
