BOLIN, Judge.
Asserting the nullity of an appropriation for a servitude or right of way across his property for highway purposes, plaintiff sought an injunction against the defendant Police Jury and its members and employees restraining, enjoining, and prohibiting the construction of the proposed roadway. On presentation of plaintiff’s verified petition, a temporary restraining order was issued.
