COLINS, Judge.
Harry P. Storch, Jr. et al. (officers) appeal an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County (trial court) which granted the Motion for Summary Judgment of Karen A. Miller et al. (City).
The officers are six police officers who work for the City of Reading. All six opposed then Mayor Karen A. Miller during the 1983 primary election. Mayor Miller was reelected in November, 1983, and shortly thereafter, in January, 1984, the officers were transferred from day shift to night shift.
