Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Coccoma, J.), entered January 19, 2000 in Delaware County, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs motion to hold defendant in contempt for his willful failure to comply with certain terms of an order of the court.

Plaintiff commenced this action for divorce in June 1999 and thereafter moved by order to show cause for certain relief including, insofar as is relevant to this appeal, temporary maintenance and an award of counsel fees.
