Fertilizer Corporation of India (FCI) brings this petition for enforcement, under the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (the Convention), 9 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq., of an arbitral award rendered in India in FCI’s favor against respondent IDI Management, Inc. (IDI).
