Joseph H. Harvey III (hereinafter Harvey III) is the son of Joseph H. Harvey, Jr. (hereinafter Harvey, Jr.) and grandson of the founder of J. H. Harvey Company (hereinafter the Company), a closely held family business operating a regional chain of supermarkets in south Georgia and north Florida.
