Tbis is an appeal from a judgment entered by tbe district court of Silver Bow county, awarding tbe plaintiff, Henry Oliveri, tbe sum of $1,116.37.

On April 14, 1923, in tbe district court of Musselshell county, Mary Maroncelli, one of tbe defendants bere, was appointed guardian of tbe persons and estates of John and Henry Oliveri, minors. Thereafter, in accordance with tbe order appointing her guardian, she took tbe oath and filed a surety bond in tbe sum of $2,000. Tbe American Surety Company, co-defendant, executed tbe bond as surety.…
