Galin Frye appeals the motion court’s denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. Frye contends that the motion court clearly erred in denying his motion because he received ineffective assistance of counsel as a result of trial counsel’s failure to inform him of a plea offer made by the State. The plea offer would have permitted Frye to plead to the amended charge of misdemeanor driving while revoked instead of going to trial on the charge of felony driving while revoked.
