Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Richard T. Andrias, J.), rendered April 4, 1988, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the second degree (Penal Law § 160.10 [2] [a]), and sentencing him as a predicate violent felony offender to a term of incarceration of 5 to 10 years, unanimously affirmed.
