G. Wallace Bryant, a resident of Buncombe County, North Carolina, presented his petition to the judge of the juvenile court of that county representing that his two minor children under the age of sixteen were being neglected, and prayed the court to make such inquiry and make such an order as the court might deem proper and for the best interests of the children.
